About ZIVIS Trust Marks
Cryptographically signed verification symbols that prove an organization's AI practices and maturity level
NIST AI RMF • FDA AI Guidelines
Understanding Trust Tiers
Organizations progress through four trust tiers, each with a Z-Score from 1-100 measuring depth and quality of implementation
Foundational
Basic AI governance structures and policies are in place
Developing
Active implementation of AI controls with documented evidence
Advanced
Comprehensive AI trust program with continuous monitoring
Validated
Audit-firm verified results—highest level of compliance and trust
What is the Z-Score?
The Z-Score (1-100) measures not just the completeness of your AI trust controls, but also the depth and quality of implementation. Organizations can score anywhere from 1-100 within any tier—a higher score indicates more comprehensive evidence, stronger processes, and deeper integration of trust practices across your AI systems.
ZIVIS Trust Framework
Sets the operational baseline your AI program must meet across governance, safety, privacy, and resilience.
Maps every control to ISO/IEC 42001 concepts plus our own ZIVIS-specific tiers so you can see how far along you are—from Foundational to Validated.
Couples qualitative playbooks with quantitative scoring (Z-Score + Trust Tier) so stakeholders see both what's required and how you're performing right now.
Refreshes continuously: every time we run an assessment or new evidence is linked, the framework recalculates lens status, control implementation, and open gaps.
ZIVIS Trust Mark
A live verification badge that proves a company's AI risk program has been measured against the framework and met the minimum bar for its declared tier.
Includes metadata such as organization name, scope of systems covered, assessment date, current trust tier, and whether compensating controls were accepted.
Built to be transparent: every mark links back to a verification page showing recent evidence activity, outstanding remediation items, and the date of the next scheduled reassessment.
Designed for easy sharing—customers, regulators, and partners can confirm authenticity on the public verification page and subscribe to updates.
Why It Matters to You (the Customer's Customer)
Independent proof
You don't have to take marketing copy on faith; the Trust Mark shows a third-party evaluated program with an auditable trail.
Timely signal
Traditional SOC or ISO certificates are annual snapshots. The ZIVIS mark updates whenever new controls are implemented or regress, so you're seeing the present state rather than last year's audit.
Actionable transparency
Verification pages explain which control lenses are fully implemented, which are in-progress, and what remediation work is planned. You can decide if the current posture meets your risk appetite.
Customer influence
If you need deeper assurance, you can request additional evidence or status updates directly from the verification page—no back-and-forth NDAs or email chains.
How to Read the Verification Page
Trust Tier & Z-Score
A quick indicator of maturity. Higher tiers require broader control coverage and stricter operating evidence.
Lens Breakdown
Shows governance, safety, privacy, security, and resilience lenses with completion percentages so you can focus on what matters to your use case.
Evidence Timeline
Lists recent artifacts linked to the assessment (policies, logs, penetration tests) along with when they were refreshed and by whom.
Open Items
Highlights remediation tasks the organization is currently working on—so you know what's next and when to check back.
